Some of my "Computer Artifacts"

Software

Miscellaneous

What are "computer artifacts," you ask?

Just as items left behind by civilizations of long ago are considered "artifacts" – stone tablets, clay pottery, gold ornamentation – so, too, are those rare computer items from earlier days, now also considered "ancient." In this disposable age, much of computer history from just a few decades ago is all but gone.

In addition to collecting legacy computer software and hardware, I have been fortunate to find, and have donated to me, some rare and historically valuable items. Vintage software packages, old computer publications and manuals, decades-old computer media, old computer hardware components, and other items.

I continue the adventure of seeking out old, rare items of computing history's past. Featured here are the rarest of my computer artifacts.

Many of these items were donated to me.
To all the great people who donated them, thank you very much!
